Acceptable use policy

Entity: Minotaur.io LLC

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of Minotaur Sales, Minotaur ATS, and all related services provided by Minotaur.io LLC (“Minotaur”). This AUP forms part of the Master Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Lawful and Professional Use Only

The Services may be used solely for lawful, professional, and business purposes. Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection, anti-spam, employment, and consumer protection laws.

2. Prohibited Data Activities

Users may not:
(a) Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services;
(b) Attempt to reconstruct, replicate, or mirror any portion of Minotaur’s datasets;
(c) Resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute platform data;
(d) Use data for consumer credit scoring, background checks outside lawful recruiting workflows, surveillance, or discriminatory practices;
(e) Upload data without appropriate legal authority or lawful basis;
(f) Use automated scripts or bots outside officially supported APIs.

3. Minotaur Sales Restrictions

Data accessed through Minotaur Sales may be used solely for legitimate B2B outreach. Users may not use Sales data for mass unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam laws. Personal email addresses, where available for business use, must not be used for personal, political, or unrelated activities.

4. Minotaur ATS Restrictions

Candidate data accessed through Minotaur ATS must be used solely for recruitment and employment-related purposes. Users must provide truthful recruiting context when revealing candidate information. Resume files and candidate records may not be redistributed or used outside legitimate recruiting workflows.

5. System Integrity and Security

Users may not interfere with platform infrastructure, bypass technical controls, probe security vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Minotaur reserves the right to monitor usage patterns, export activity, reveal events, and system interactions to detect abuse or policy violations. Where violations are suspected, Minotaur may suspend access, revoke credits, terminate accounts, or pursue legal remedies.

7. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to legal@minotaur.io.

Use of the Services constitutes agreement to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
