For security purposes, Minotaur may require reasonable identity verification before processing a request. If we cannot verify identity, we may decline or limit the request.

4. Processing Timelines

Requests are generally processed within 30 days. Where permitted by law, this period may be extended if necessary due to complexity or volume of requests.

5. Collaborative Database Removal

If you wish to withdraw from Minotaur’s collaborative recruitment database, you may request removal. Upon verified request, your record will be suppressed from future reveals. Certain minimal suppression identifiers may be retained solely to prevent re-ingestion.

6. Sales Dataset Suppression

If your business contact information appears in Minotaur Sales and you wish to request removal or correction, Minotaur will evaluate the request consistent with applicable law and may suppress or update the record accordingly.

7. Limitations

Certain data may be retained where required by law, contractual obligations, or legitimate business purposes, including compliance, fraud prevention, and audit requirements.

Where Minotaur acts as an independent Controller for platform-curated datasets, requests will be evaluated and processed in accordance with applicable law and legitimate interest considerations.
