This document identifies third-party subprocessors engaged by Minotaur.io LLC to support the delivery of Minotaur Sales and Minotaur ATS services. Minotaur requires all subprocessors to maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and to process personal data in accordance with contractual data protection obligations.

Overview

This Subprocessor List identifies third-party service providers engaged by Minotaur.io LLC to support the delivery of Minotaur Sales and Minotaur ATS (the “Services”).

Subprocessors listed below may process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide specific services supporting the operation of the Services. Not all subprocessors process all categories of data or are used for all customers.

How We Use Subprocessors

Subprocessors may provide services including:

• Analytics and logging
• Email and communication delivery
• Payment processing
• Security and monitoring services
• Workflow automation and integration support

Subprocessors process personal data only on behalf of Minotaur and only as necessary to deliver their services.

Each subprocessor is bound by contractual data protection obligations.

Where required, Minotaur implements appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms.

Minotaur may update this Subprocessor List from time to time. Where required by applicable law or contractual commitments, customers may be notified of material changes in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Addendum.

Customer Objections

Customers subject to a Data Processing Addendum may raise reasonable objections to the appointment of a new subprocessor where permitted by contract. Objections must be submitted in writing to privacy@minotaur.io within the timeframe specified in the DPA.
